At Grace and Faith Community church, we recognize that Evangelism is the front line of advancing God’s kingdom, proclaiming the good news of salvation through Jesus Christ, and inviting people to step into His grace and reign. Jesus Himself modelled this in Mark 1:15, declaring,
“The time has come; the kingdom of God has come near. Repent and believe the good news!”
Evangelism announces the existence of God’s kingdom, offering salvation to all who will receive it, but it does not end there. Those who respond must then be discipled to grow in their faith, live in obedience to Christ, and reflect His nature (Matthew 28:19-20). This is where the Grace and Faith Community Church Discipleship program takes over.
At Grace and Faith Community, we employ various evangelism techniques, including personal one-on-one conversations, street evangelism, social media campaigns, and outreach events tailored to meet people where they are. We also use relational evangelism, building genuine connections to share the gospel authentically, and community service initiatives like soup kitchens, that demonstrate God’s love in action. Through these methods, we bring people into the fold of God’s kingdom and commit to discipling them into mature believers who will, in turn, disciple others.
